Fitting for windows and doors: How it works
As we are simplifying the window & door ordering process by being transparent on costs, prices displayed are trade supply costs only.
Fitting costs are fixed and can be found below.
1) Order…
First, measure your current doors, then choose from one of our 3 manufacturers and pay to confirm your order.
2) Confirmation…
You’ll receive an email confirming all the details, and then a phone call to arrange the survey appointment. We will always try to meet your requested time and date or work with you to arrange a convenient alternative.
3) Amendments…
Once your order is confirmed, we allow 24 hours for you to make any changes that may arise.
4) Surveyors…
If you would like us to arrange the fitting of your new window/door, follow steps 1&2 above then contact us and we will arrange a surveyors visit at a time that suits you.
5) Installation…
After confirming your order to us you’ll pay the balance and we’ll start production of your new product/s. Once a delivery date has been confirmed you’ll receive a call from our installation team to arrange the appointment. Most installations take no longer than 1 day to complete, however if it’s likely to take longer we’ll let you know beforehand.
